As the seasons change so do our bouquets, we cannot guarantee the exact colour or variations of any of the plant or flowers used due to creating with natural products, each stem is subject to differences, environmental impacts and no two products are the same. We will always work to capture the essence of the bouquet pictured + described above.

Each bouquet is made in our studio, each are unique and bespoke meaning no two will be the same, the sizing of your bouquet is dependent on the price point you have selected.

All deliveries are wet-packed to ensure they stay hydrate and protected during delivery.All orders must be placed by 5pm the day before, if you require same day delivery please contact Ipsen Botanica prior to placing your order online. If you require a custom bouquet size, colour palette or there is something that you wish not to feature in a bouquet, please get in touch before placing an order online.

We deliver between Wednesday - Friday (no deliveries on the weekends) and delivery is calculated at checkout for the area you require the bouquet to be delivered too. Pick up can be arranged from our West Pymble studio by appointment only – please get in Contact.

Due to our products being made from nature, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with the arrangement please contact us directly at holly@ipsenbotanica.com and we will try to rectify the situation.

All prices include GST. All payments made are securely via Stripe or PayPal. Ipsen Botanica does not accept bank transfers or cash payments.

If the recipient is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, we will leave the flowers at the delivery address in a safe and undercover position. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we’ve left the flowers. If the recipient lives in a unit/apartment block and are not there to receive the flowers/not a safe place to leave the flowers, we will attempt to contact the recipient or re-arrange delivery which is an extra cost to the sender. If the wrong delivery address is given, we can re-deliver however this is an additional cost and will not re-deliver until additional payment has been made.

For all orders, a cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made by emailing holly@ipsenbotanica.com.
